well First of all you have to clear long term goal which i follow everyday, ok not everyday but enough time to give youself the required motivation to do the activities everyday.

I can told you summery base like,

-Define your goal

-Plug into a system

-Be consistence

-Change or improve if any work done not so well in the last 2-3 month.

-start small and build momentum

And lastly don't ever ever give up.
